PANCHKARMA

Panchkarma is the ancient system of Ayurvedic cleansing therapies designed to remove deep rooted stresses and toxins in physiology.

IMPORTANCE OF PANCHKARMA

Most of the chronic diseases of the modern times are caused by these deep seated toxins which lead to disturbed digestion, poor quality of sleep, shallow breathing and poor cellular nutrition. That ultimately leads to diseases like arthritis, blood pressure, premature aging, allergies, osteoporosis, joints pain, stress, depression, obesity, cancer, low immunity etc.

SCOPE OF PANCHKARMA

Panchakarma is a customized process. Panchakarma process is designed in such a way as to address the specific individual needs. It may not be necessary to include all the main procedures. It depends on the state of health of the patient.

Panchakarma treatment requires proper guidance from a highly trained and skillful Ayurveda practitioner. One should consult an Ayurveda physician, not just someone with modest amount of training prior to deciding on these cleansing procedures.
